To Our Valued Customers,
We work diligently to ensure that stock is maintained at an optimal level to service your needs. As we try to fill your orders completely, we may occasionally run across items that are out of stock. In the chance that you may incur a backorder, we will work to turn this product around in a timely manner to ensure you are getting your product in the quickest time possible.
In order to maximize your savings on backorder shipments, we utilize UPS Ground on orders of 150lbs. or less unless you specify otherwise. On orders over the weight of150lbs., we will use the shipping method originally requested on the purchase order. If you have any questions or if you are interested in substituting product for the backorder or shipping orders once backorders are complete please call 1-800-969-0962.
